Testing out the Candida Clear Cleanse

I admit it. I got weak. I was feeling good again and thought that it wouldn’t hurt if I ate some of my favorite foods. Then I ate more of those things and added more and more of the bad things. Before I knew it, I was off my Candida diet and back feeling horrible.

I’ve been feeling horrible for several months now. I’m more irritable, stressed, my skin breaks out often, I have low energy, I gained a few pounds, and I don’t sleep well. I finally said that I’ve had enough and made a commitment to going back on the strict diet that made me feel like my old self again. I ordered the Candida Clear 14-day cleanse from Nature’s Sunshine and started it last night. I’m going to try my hardest to stick to the plan: no gluten, limited brown rice, lots of veggies, no fruit except lemons and frozen berries, no vinegar or mushrooms, and no bread. I know that it’ll make me feel better, and I have to do it, even though I’m doing it during the holidays. My first meal on the diet last night was a little brown basmati rice, and I made a stir fry with firm tofu fried in coconut oil, Japanese eggplant, garlic, ginger, green onions, cilantro, baby bok choy and yellow bell pepper with the almond butter sauce. It was delicious! My four-and-a-half-year-old son loved it, too!

As a divorced mom, I’m on a limited budget. The Candida Clear is more than my previous candida protocol (2 boxes of Para-Cleanse), but I wanted to try it out. If it works, it’s worth the money. When I think about lost productivity due to feeling stressed or tired, paying for a product that will support my health just seems like a no-brainer. I’ll let you know how this product works for me.
